Assessor's Office a RJD Appraisal - Assessor's Agent An assessing agent is in the town office twice a month, which are generally on the first and third Tuesdays.  To arrange for a meeting with the assessor, please contact the town office.  Properties are assessed to the owner of record as of April 1st of each year.
